Oversees and directs all of the company’s activities.

Experience includes 43 years of diversified telecom experience, including outside plant engineering, construction, maintenance, trouble analysis and tracking, subsurface engineering and construction, municipal liaison, staff support, CATV, and contract administration.

Frank Totillo, Jr.
Senior Project Manager

Experience includes 34 years in the telecommunications industry with 26 years at New York Telephone/NYNEX. Areas of expertise include OSP engineering and construction, staff support, OSP and Central Office planning, CATV design and project management.

James P. Phelan, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Joined the firm in 1986 as the company’s CPA.

Experience includes over 29 years of MIS, development, and financial planning work in the telecommunications engineering industry.

Licensed CPA in state of New York.

BS in Accounting, New York Institute of Technology (New York, NY).
